Nex Pest Control built its Carter County reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Carter County pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Carter County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Carter County's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Carter County service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Carter County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Carter County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Carter County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Mosquito Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
Monthly barrier treatment through Carter County's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Carter County calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Carter County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Carter County same-day calls. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Carter County technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Carter County customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of Carter County-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Carter County property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Carter County crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
The flat quote before treatment was the deciding factor for us — no surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
Ant trail kept coming back every summer no matter what we sprayed ourselves — turned out to be a single foundation crack the technician sealed in one visit.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
